Help & support
Stay on track.
Straightforward help for sign-in, sync, workout data, and anything that gets between you and your next session.
Quick fixes
The app will not load
Check your connection, fully close Shft, and reopen it. If the problem continues, restart your device and install the latest available version.
A workout did not sync
Keep Shft open with a stable connection for a moment. Your core training data is designed to remain available on your device, and signed-in users can sync supported data to the cloud.
I found an exercise or display issue
Send the exercise name, device model, operating-system version, and a screenshot if possible. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive health information.
Account & sign-in
Shft may support email sign-in and third-party sign-in providers. If a sign-in link expires, request a new one from the same device and browser. If you lose access to your sign-in provider, contact that provider first.
Never send us your password. Shft support will not ask for it.
Your data
You can use core parts of Shft with data stored on your device. If you sign in, supported workout and profile data may also be stored in your Shft cloud account.
To remove a cloud account and its associated Shft data, use the account-deletion control in the app. Removing the app alone may not delete data already synced to an account.
Report a problem
A useful report includes what you expected, what happened, the steps that caused it, your device and app version, and a screenshot or short recording. Remove personal details before attaching media.
